This 6-month (27-week program) offers a dynamic learning experience through live online sessions with a small group format of 5 to 15 participants. The curriculum includes online live Coaching Practicums and Mastermind sessions, supplemented by private 1-to-1 coaching sessions to ensure you receive comprehensive, hands-on training.
Certification:
Coaching Essentials Leadership Coach Certificate from The Coaching Academy for Leaders
65.5 ICF CCE units (35.5 Core Competency Units and 30 Resource Development Units)
Pre-Requisites:
Coaching Fundamentals OR an equivalent ICF Certification (ACC, PCC or MCC).
Duration – 27 Week Program
6-Month Program (27 Weeks)
2 Hours of Instruction per week
Up to 30 minutes a week of self-directed learning
Language – Course is offered in English
Delivery – Small group format of 5 to 15 participants
Combination of online live Coaching Practicums, and online live Explore and Discover Masterminds, plus private 1-to-1 coaching sessions
61 hrs total instruction + 1.5 hours private coaching (3 x 30-minute coaching sessions)
