Description
Leadership Excellence (LE) is a leadership development program that bridges theory and action with coaching. This 5-month (24-week program) comprises weekly 2-hour sessions that offer a dynamic learning experience through live online and self-directed lectures and fieldwork with a small group format of 5 to 15 participants. The curriculum includes video lessons, online live Mastermind sessions, supplemented by private 1-to-1 coaching sessions to ensure you receive comprehensive, hands-on training.
Certification:
Leadership Excellence Certificate from The Coaching Academy for Leaders
40 ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units:
18 Core Competency Units and 22 Resource Development Units
Duration:
5 Month Program (24 Weeks)
2.5 Hours of Instruction per week
Up to 30 minutes a week of self-directed learning
Language – Course is offered in English
Delivery – Small group format of 5 to 15 participants
Combination of online live Explore and Discover Masterminds, plus private 1-to-1 coaching sessions
46 hrs total instruction + 1.5 hours private coaching (3 x 30-minute coaching sessions)
